Long back i got the answer for the question why we say Bhagavaan is blue?, have we seen any blue humans walking around? and what is the basis of our assumption that God is blue?
As Vivekananda swamiji told : "Yes our God is BLUE because He is beginningless and endless like the blue sky. Also He is as vast, deep and kind as huge blue bodies of water which forms the basis of life on our planet."
Blue is the color of the infinite. Krishna is God incarnate. HE IS PARAMATHMA AND SO NATURALLY BLUE.
AAKAASHAM, GAGANAM SUNYAM. Aakaasm is vast as the ocean, no beginning and no end. A vast beautiful emptiness of BLUE, Attributes of God,
Hence Shyamasundaaram !
